Just a little reminder about the Concert on Monday (March 4th).

The schedule for the day is as follows:
Winds from the South
March 4 2024
SCHEDULE
8:30 am Band room is open and uniforms can be put on the racks.
1:45 pm All band and choir students load buses and depart w/Mr. Bell.
2:30 pm Setup and dress rehearsals.
4:30 pm Break for supper. Students provide their own supper. 8th ave. restaurants permitted in groups of 4 or more, not beyond 2nd street W.
5:30 pm Wind Ensemble change into uniform.
5:45 pm Gr. 10 band change into uniform.
6:00 pm Doors open
Wind Ensemble in warm-up.
Symphonic and choir change into uniform
6:25 pm All Scarlett musicians seated together in the highest balcony (except Wind Ensemble.)
6:30 pm Concert begins.
8:30 pm Approximate concert finish time. Students assist with the loading of the truck. Students go home with their parents. No buses provided.
