Hello, it appears that on some platforms one of the PDFs does not open correctly. Please see the text from this PDF below. Due to these issues, I’m extending the deadline to end of day January 18.
Good afternoon EP Scarlett Music Families:
We are running the Bear Tracks Ice Melt Fundraiser to raise funds for individual band students and for the EP Scarlett Music Program. Here is how the program works (see two forms enclosed with this document):
Fillable PDF order form (paper copy also works)
Bear Tracks Ice Melt Spec Sheet (pet friendly, lawn friendly, fast-acting, excellent price!)
Ask family, friends, parents, grandparents, co-workers to buy a bucket of two and/or use social media to start a fundraising page. The campaign runs from now until Friday January 16, 2026, but we will have two distribution dates:
- Any orders + payment returned by Nov 14 will be available after Nov 26 for pick up.
- Any orders + payment returned by Jan 16 will be available after Jan 28 for pick up.
Pick up location will be in Sundance and fundraisers are responsible for final distribution of their orders.
Sell each 16kg bucket of Bear Tracks Ice Melt for $31 per bucket. (Every group that sells this product sells it at the same price).
Sell as many buckets as you can! This is a FANTASTIC way to raise money for your band students individually and to support the EP Scarlett Music Program. Profits per bucket are split as follows: $8.50 for each student’s band account, and $2.50 per bucket for the general music program fund. Once sales are complete, funds will be set aside for your student to use for band or choir field trips.
FUNDRAISING LOWERS fees for you and your band student.
Details on where to hand in completed forms & types of payment accepted are explained at the bottom of the order form. We suggest your student takes the spec sheet with them while selling Ice Melt, it will help explain benefits, order due date, and pick up date(s). If you have any questions, please contact Jeroen at Jeroen.pieterse77@gmail.com or 403-888-6895.
Sincerely,
Jeroen Pieterse
