Every Christmas the faculty at Scarlett builds hampers for students in need. This year the need has more than doubled. Come to EPS anytime on these days between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm to support the Helping Hampers Silent Auction.
You’ll need to check-in as a visitor at the main office and then head to the staff room, where the silent auction will be held. Winning bidders will be contacted on Thursday December 19th at 5:00pm and they will be able to collect and pay for their item in the business office on Friday December 20th from 8:00am-4:00pm or after the winter break!
ALL PROCEEDS OF THIS AUCTION WILL GO DIRECTLY TO THE HELPING HAMPERS FUNDRAISER – This year we are sponsoring 9 families in need, right in our school community.
Here is a list of bidding items that we have so far:
- Crush Camp fitness package – x5 free classes and some swag
- $50 Austins Bar and Grill gift cards X2
- $100 Trolley 5 Restaurant and Brewery gift cards X2
- 2 Boulder Wall Climbing Passes
- Full-day guided fly-fishing excursion on the Bow
- Free oil change and vehicle inspection
- 1 night stay in Drumheller and 4 Tyrell Museum passes
- Wine and cheese basket
- Trail Appliance gift (TBD)
