Good Morning Music Families,
It is with great joy and anticipation that we are getting organize for the Scarlett Jazz 2 Concert at the Alberta International Band Festival that will take place on Thursday March 9, 2023, at the TransAlta Performing Art Studio on Stampede Grounds.
To do this, we are asking for volunteer’s assistance on March 9, 2023, we need 1 volunteer from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
This volunteer will leave Dr. EP Scarlett at 2:30 p.m. with the students by bus, heading to the TransAlta Performing Art Studio on Stampede Grounds where he/she will help with the dress rehearsal, see the performance, returning to Scarlett by 6:30 p.m.
