Okay, enough chit-chat. Mr. Bell is in dire need of some volunteers to assist with the annual Jazz Workshop at Scarlett on the 30th, when approximately 150 students from our feeder schools spend the day in clinics, sessions with guest conductors, and master classes. It’s one of the biggest events of the year for the Jazz Program, and help is required between the hours of 10 am and 3:30 pm.
As a volunteer, you can expect to assist with handing out maps and itineraries, redirecting lost students, ordering and setting up of the lunch, in addition to the standard shouts of praise and appreciative handshakes from the Music Directors. Also: free pizza.
