Spring Break Drop-Off Information For Silent Auction Items

Please stand by for an important message from the Moonlight Knights Gala Organizing Committee:

Silent Auction items that are being donated by families or have been obtained through student canvassing can be delivered over the Spring Break to Julie Freedman-Smith at 748, 130th Ave SW, in Canyon Meadows.  Contact Julie at 403-815-6509 if you wish to arrange a drop-off day/time.  Advance drop-off helps give the Auction Coordinators time to properly record and catalog the items, and to prepare the auction bid sheets.
Please complete a Record Of Donation so that we can properly thank you.
Corporate donations are also welcome; a letter requesting a donation from a business is found here: MLK Corporate Letter 2019

Need auction donation ideas?  Popular items from past Galas have been hand crafted items such as blankets and woodwork pieces, original art work, tickets to concerts or sporting events, gift cards, vouchers for a stay at a time share, wine baskets, cookware, luggage pieces, etc, but any new item is gratefully accepted.  Similar items may be grouped together to created themed baskets.

Is it too late to buy your tickets to the Gala? Friends, it is not, but you only have three days left to do so—ticket sales end on March 25th.

While you’re here, we should also mention that Gala volunteers are needed and much appreciated.  To restore balance to the universe and create a wave of positive energy, just like your horoscope said you would, sign up here: April 5th Gala Volunteering

Any questions or concerns regarding the Gala should be sent to info@epsmpa.com.

Thank you, and enjoy your Spring Break!
