Choir dress rehearsal on Tuesday, February 20th: rehearsal with Artio takes place at Nickle Theatre at Mount Royal University, from 7 to 8:30 pm, in preparation for the performance on the 27th—click here for some assistance from Google Maps in finding the theatre. Families are responsible for transportation to and from the venue. No uniform required for rehearsal.
Choir performance on February 27th at 7:30 pm at St. Gerard’s Church. Click here for map information to St. Gerard’s. Tickets are available at the door, by donation. Uniforms are required for this performance. You can RSVP for the concert on the 27th here, via Facebook.
Chaperones needed! There are several dates and times where Mr. Bell and Mr. Brown need some parents with CBE Security Clearance to assist with the various upcoming festivals and concerts. Click the dates and times below for more information and to sign-up:
February 26th at 8:15 am – 3 chaperones for Wind Ensemble @ AIBF
February 27th at 11:30 am-4 chaperones for Symphonic Band @ AIBF
March 6th at 1:45 pm and 2:45 pm–10 chaperones total for Winds From The South concert
March 8th at 10:45 am–1 chaperone for Jazz 2 @ AIBF
March 8th at 3:15 pm -1 chaperone for Jazz Combo @ AIBF
March 9th at 10:15 am–1 chaperone for Jazz 1 @ AIBF
March 16th at 12:15 pm-2 chaperones for Choralfest
Grocery Card Orders: orders for March will be picked up from the Music Room office tomorrow (February 20th).
Winds From The South Tickets: $12 per ticket IF you get your ticket order (order forms found here) in before February 23rd. Tickets will be $15 each for orders received after the 23rd. Seating for WFTS is assigned.
Moonlight Knights Gala Tickets: tickets are $45 each, and available for purchase here. Seating for Moonlight Knights is assigned.
