Today’s the day! From 9 am until noon, all EP Scarlett Music Program students are asked to stop by the band room to drop off forms (such as the inter-city field trip form, CBE Music Instrument Rental contract, and the CBE Annual Volunteer Form) and uniform deposit cheques. Copies of most of the forms can be found on the blog at epscarlettmusic.com, with the exception of the inter-city field trip forms; those can be obtained directly from Mr. Bell or Mr. Brown.
Pease come prepared to be fitted for a uniform, as Uniform Coordinator Leah Ellisand her team are anxious to have you look even more stunning than usual by making sure your concert duds are the right size.
If you were planning to pay your Program fees on-line through Powerschool, you will have noticed a slight obstacle in the fact that there are no fees as yet to pay. Do not panic! Fees will be posted as soon as the CBE allows, and we will notify families once they are in place on the system. For those who prefer to pay with cash or cheque, you can send your payment today to the Band Room.
