If you have participated in any of the Music Program fundraising options this year (working Flames/Hitmen/Roughnecks games, purchased grocery cards, or sold Purdys chocolates), and have not yet used your credits towards eligible travel expenses, you have the following options available:
- Grade 10 and 11 only: Credits can be rolled over for use next year (automatic, no response required)
- Grade 10, 11, or 12: Credits can be transferred to a sibling already in the program, or one that is entering the program next year (please email with the name of the sibling by May 31)
- Grade 10, 11 or 12 and not returning to program next year: Credits can be donated to the Program’s Financial Assistance Fund (no response required)
- Grade 10, 11, or 12: Credits can be refunded to parents/guardians by cheque (please email with the name of the parent and the student by May 31)
Your response must be received by the EPSMPA at info@epsmpa.com no later than May 31st. Any balances not claimed by this date will automatically be donated to the Financial Assistance Fund.
