Good Morning Music Families,
It is with great joy and anticipation that the EP Scarlett Choir is getting ready to perform at the CADME Contemporary Vocal Festival that will take place on Friday March 17, 2023 at the Joanne CardinalSchubert High School.
To do this, we are asking for volunteer’s assistance on Friday March 17, we need 2 volunteers from 1:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
The volunteers and students will leave Dr. EP Scarlett at 2:00 p.m. by bus heading to Joanne Cardinal Schubert High School where volunteers will help with the dress rehearsal, guide students to the workshop, delivery students’ dinner (from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.) and see the performance. The concert will start at 7:00 pm.
If the volunteer cannot ride the bus, they can meet the EP Scarlett students at 2:20 p.m. at the main entrance of Joanne Cardinal Schubert High School.
Parents and community members are welcome – $5.00 at the door. Doors (east doors by the gyms) will open at 6:45p.m. Parking will be on the East side of the school in the student parking lot.
