An Exciting Few Weeks Are Ahead!

It’s Monday, which means it’s time for our intermittent instalment of “What’s Next For The Music Program”.  Buckle up!

March 6th-Winds From The South concert at the Jack Singer.  Doors open at 6:30 pm, concert begins at 7 pm.  The schedule for students is found here.  Important reminder: transportation is provided for students to the Jack Singer, but there is no transportation provided after the concert.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the door at a cost of $15 each.  Should you bring extra cash to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win 2 tickets anywhere WestJet flies, at a cost of $10 each?  What a fabulous idea!  Please do that.

Are you able to volunteer at WFTS?  Click here and become the proud recipient of Mr. Bell’s and Mr. Brown’s undying gratitude (actual street value: priceless).  Volunteers also receive a free ticket to the concert.

April 6thMoonlight Knights Gala at EP Scarlett.  Tickets are available for purchase on-line ($45 each) by clicking here.  A third of the tickets have already been sold, so you best not delay.

We also require donations of time and snacks for the students on the night of the event…please click here to for a list of areas and times that need a few extra pairs of hands, and here to view the list of items required for student snacks.

Speaking of volunteers…we have updated the menu on this blog to include a tab that lists all current volunteer requirements (snappily titled Current Volunteer Needs and Information) so should you find yourself with some free time and wondering where the Music Program would like you to spend it, please take a peek.  Thank you to Leah E. for making this suggestion: for her valuable input, she will receive a 2018 Dodge Ram XLT Heavy Duty Supercab Turbo 4×4 (Built Ford Tough) and a shout out in this post.  Congrats, Leah!
