Good Afternoon Music Families,
It is with great joy and anticipation that we are getting organize for the Winds from the South Concert for ALL EP Scarlett Music Students that will take place on MondayMarch 6, 2023, at the Jack Singer Concert Hall.
To do this, we are asking for volunteer’s assistance on March 6, 2023, we need 6 volunteers from 1:30 p.m. to 6:20 p.m.
Volunteers will leave Dr. EP Scarlett at 1:45 p.m. with the students by bus, heading to the Jack Singer Concert Hallwhere he/she will help with the dress rehearsal, supervise students during dinner, help to organize the different music bands/ choir and see the practice/warm up performances. The concert will begin at 6:30 p.m., approximately the concert will finish at 8:30 p.m. Students will go home with their parents.
