It’s festival season, that time of year when Music Directors all over the province are fuelled entirely by coffee, adrenaline, and pepperoni sticks (delicious and, in a pinch, an adequate substitute for a baton).
Mr. Brown is in dire need of several parent chaperones for the upcoming performances at the Alberta International Band Festival at the U of C. Grade 10 band needs two more parents for tomorrow, and Wind Ensemble and Symphonic band need several for their performances next week Monday and Tuesday.

Side note: as uniform consistency forms part of their festival mark, all Music Program students should be checking their uniforms to ensure they are complete. Black socks/tights, black dress shoes, bow ties, cummerbunds and cuff links are the critical accessories that make the group look cohesive and impressive.
